Bought a jacket in the local Macy store and ordered pants online. The pants product and size were selectable on the web site so I ordered a pair for an upcoming event. I took this to mean the item was in stock since certain other sizes were not clickable. The web order process said the pants would arrive by July 28 to my door. The confirming email sent right after placing the order said the item was on backorder and shipping by Aug 19th which is a month away and too late for the event. I used Macys online CHAT to hopefully locate a pair sooner to no avail. The CHAT person has no ability to locate a pair in other stores. I called Macys Customer Support line and sat on hold for 25 minutes and gave up. MACYs Get your ORDER and FULFILLMENT processes talking to each other ! This is a real letdown. I canceled the online order and have to drive 50 miles back to the store to return the jacket. PLUS start the shopping process all over again with your competitors.

I bought 3 suits from Macys and each suit on the jacket right arm ripped for no reason. The material is made cheap.

Subtle pattern, nice fit
My son is slender and rarely do we find an off the rack suit that fits him so well. Nice cut, true to size, with this wonderful subtle pattern to the material. Adds just a little something extra. Highly recommend
