A bit stiff, otherwise nice.

Very, very stiff. Hoping with use, it will soften up, but not sure that will happen. Otherwise, nice bag, but really stiff.

The strap is very stiff, I returned it same day not a good quality.

Poor quality

I love Michael Kors but this purse is hard, rigid and doesn’t feel like real leather. It’s very narrow inside and has only one pocket. It also won’t stay on my shoulder. I used a gift certificate to buy it.
