Zipper catches on coat

While the jacket was okay for the sale price, the zipper was stiff and constantly caught on the puffer part of the coat and got damaged when I tried to free the zipper from the fabric. Not a good design.

Item damaged when received

There was a hole in the brand new coat that I purchased from Macy's. It looks like someone used needle and thread to try to sew the hole closed before shipping the item to me. This is unacceptable.
