Received wrong size twice

The shoes are very cute. However, I received the wrong size, so I contacted CS in order to get the shoes at the sale price of my original order. The new pair was shipped and I returned the shoes to my local store. When the “replacement” pair arrived, I didn’t open the box for a few days because I left for a trip. When I finally opened the box and tried them on, yes they were very tight. I checked the shoe box and yes, wrong size was sent again. If my size wasn’t in stock, I wish that would have been explained. However, the website showed my size as available. There wasn’t an indication of the quantity left. I’m returning the shoe as I finally ordered it directly from Naturalizer. While it was on sale, I ended up spending $12 more in order to get the correct size. The flat is pretty comfortable and I’ve received several compliments.

Beautiful shoe

These flats are beautiful and comfortable. I am a loafer woman so, I'm stepping out of my comfort zone with a ballet flat. I like these because they feel a lit bit edgy to me.
