Best Ever

I absolutely LOVE my new sectional. European styling, comfortable, beautiful leather. I am always nervous about buy furniture that I have sat on. This sofa exceeded my expectations and I am a designer of 30 years! At the sale price, unbeatable.

Saggy cushions

I purchased this furniture and the all the cushions have sunken in. I purchased the insurance and it was a joke. I called a year later and the worry me insurance said that the cushions are part of wear and tear. Do not buy the insurance! The recliner does not work you have to bang it so it can go back to the regular position.

Love this sofa

I’ve bought this 3 years ago. Can’t be happier with it. It’s high quality with comfort and style. Still hold it strong after 3 years. I’ll absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants high quality sofa set.

Leather peeling and cracking

I purchased this sectional, and after only two years I began noticing small cracks in the leather. I used the conditioning kit provided by “Worried No More,” but it didn’t help at all—the damage continued to get worse, to the point of looking terrible. When I contacted the warranty company, I was told that peeling and cracking were not covered, even though that was one of the main reasons I purchased the warranty in the first place. Macy’s offered no support or satisfaction when I reached out to them about the worthless warranty they sold me or the poor quality of the product. In addition, the button that raises and lowers the recliner stopped working shortly after purchase. The replacement button they installed was extremely cheap and fell off, so I eventually stopped using the recliner altogether. The leather quality is extremely poor, and overall this has been a huge disappointment. The sectional looks nice at first, but the durability is awful. Do not waste your money on the warr

Leather of extremely poor quality

Bought this sectional a few years ago and the leather is of extremely poor quality. Its started fading and peeling where we sit. I’ve tried every product out there to try to make it look better. Extremely disappointed in product. Looks nice but leather is not worth it.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SECTIONAL

This reclining sectional is poorly made. I purchased and had to have EVERY chair serviced or replaced at some point using the Worry No More Warranty. The last time I tried to have it repaired, they were WNM was completely unresponsive. The issue with the recliners is that the saudering cable at the reclining button is WAY too short and kept breaking or coming loose. When WNM attempted repair they wouldn’t leather the saudered cable or wiring. It just never lasted. Now, I’m just donating the sectional and having to pay to have it picked up since the WNM extended warranty has now lapsed. Again, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SECTIONAL. I also wouldn’t purchase any furniture with moving parts from Macys with the WNM warranty as they simply aren’t reliable.

Macys does not stand behind the Worry no more

I purchased a sofa with worry no more contract for 5 years. I had the reclining sofa fixed once within the first year. Not 2 recliners are not working and they will not honor the contract. Picture of how the recliner is stuck up - so no one can sit there.
