Precipitation long time customer

Like others have stated, this is an excellent product. I have been using it for decades. The bottle is inferior and needs to b redesigned for the benefit of the consumer. Yes it is attractive, but wasteful of the product!

Not moisturizing enough

I used to use precipitation extra moisturizing body cream and it's been discontinued. Why Origins? It was the best! This lotion is useless unless maybe you have oily skin. Otherwise, the body cream is what worked. BRING IT BACK, PLEASE!

The pump stinks!

I have always loved this product and treat myself to it regularly. However, this new packaging is not good. The pump is too short or too small or something. It is just not right and hard to get the product out. Please bring back the old packaging.

What lotion ? Says delivered but the other item in the order was delivered by ups But not my nice lotion Tired of lazy delivery attempts

I would probably buy this product again.

This product does not have enough deep moisturizer. I want PRECIPITATION EXTRA again. it was great. This is truly not a deep moisturizer. I am over 70 and our skin is dry and your existing products do not do the job.

Nice Texture without Overwhelming Aroma

For me, this is a very good product, nice texture. I have been using Origins Precipitation for many years and found it quite effective. I always like the large container (33.8 oz) The only issue this time is that the pump was defective, but Macy's exchanged it without a problem.
