Better than I imagined!

I am using this to dial in on my espresso. I use the Breville Bambino for espresso, and decided to invest in a good coffee grinder to better the espresso shots. After a few tries, I was able to figure out the setting for the grounds. I really thought I would have to put it on the finest setting, but the OXO grinder helped me create a perfect espresso shot with my Breville with a grind setting of 4! This gives me plenty of wiggle room in the future. I am so excited to continue to use this grinder to create a home barista experience :)

Fantastic burr grinder for cold brew coffee lovers

I use this a few times a week to grind up beans for cold brew and I love that this grinder is able to make very coarse grounds, which a lot of grinders can’t. Also, there is a little stopper on the ground catcher that makes it very easy to pour.

I love this Burr Grinder

I did a lot of research and I am very pleased with my purchase. My criteria was not to spend extra money for bells and whistles I didn't want as too many things can go wrong with gadgets that require repairing. It's easy to operate with many nice features: (1) the one touch grind button, and (2) easy access to the top burr if cleaning is necessary. The coffee beans are uniformly ground imparting remarkable flavor. I have only one regret, I wish I hadn't waited so long!

Died within four months

I loved my first OXO grinder I replaced it with the exact same model after if wore out from years of daily use. Not sure what happened to this company, but what a piece of junk the new models are. Never worked as well as the original and totally died within four months.

Too many fines in coffee

There are too many fines in the coffee after trying each of the coarse settings for French press. Will try post-filtering with #80 mesh to see if any better.

Excellent Grinder

The grinder is very consistent. Only thing to watch out for is not to fill the hopper more than half way. Mine always seems to clog if I do. Not a problem for me though. I still love it. My last grinder was very messy.
