Item Came Stained and With Multiple Errors

Item arrived stained in many places and with multiple manufacturing errors. The bows were already coming off in some places, or incorrectly placed. I expected higher quality from Macy’s and was extremely disappointed.

IN LOVE WITH THIS COMFORTER SET

First off, I always look for cotton, it's a must 100% cotton always, especially for my bedding. I was thrilled that this hit all the marks, soft pink, cute bow accents, cotton, warm and oh sooo pretty. It hit all the marks and I couldn't be more happy. I'm in love with this set. I would buy it again and again.

Product and Service Review Missing items

Good quality comforter, since that was all I got. Loved this supposed 3 piece set online; it was a holiday gift from my Mom. Picked up the item in store today, 01/04/26 and the shams were missing. That was painfully disappointing; I attempted to reach the store to no avail. Macy's please do better; how can I receive my shams please?
