Shampoo? Or just shower gel?

I absolutely love Philosophy shower gel/bubble bath/shampoo. And I use it most frequently as shampoo, and it is wonderful on my hair. What I don't get is why the small bottles call it "hydrating shower gel, bubble bath & shampoo," while the larger, otherwise identical bottles only call their contents "hydrating shower gel." Are the contents not the same? Until they expressly change the name on the larger bottles to include "shampoo," I will continue to purchase the small bottles and use the contents for all 3 uses. But it sure seems like a silly oversight.
