Poor worker

I ordered this from the Macy’s app, and it took 8 days to be delivered. When I received the package, the box looked old and had a lot of tape around it to make it look sealed. After opening it, the item was only wrapped in thin paper, and one of the legs was missing. I don’t understand how a product with a missing part could be shipped. It honestly feels like this item was returned by someone else, poorly rewrapped, and sent to me. This is very disappointing, and I will never order from this seller again.

Never used because both packages were so beat up when they arrived. The first package was a used mixer.

I received an item that is not in any packing bag or box. The shipping label is on the product’s box. The box itself is damaged to the point it’s held with tape

Would love to review this item but missing parts

The box was damaged by the carrier missing the blades so it’s incomplete can’t use it. It’s hard to buy online because the ups drives don’t deliver your items they either steal parts or they don’t deliver them. Macy needs to find a better carrier company
