Chemical odor

This was a repeat purchase of the same pillow I had bought a couple of years ago. However this new ProSleep contour was below acceptable quality. The memory foam exuded an unpleasant chemical odor which did not dissipate. The foam structure was softer than the previously bought pillow also and felt worn out.

Excellent pillow

I've been using the pillow for about a month now. It has upgraded my whole bed. I'm very happy with the purchase. The pillow has gussets, first of all, which means it keeps its shape all the time. It is quite firm because of the memory foam, and cool. Great purchase
