171 day delivery time

Warning! This review is only about the ordering process. In theory, this was the perfect couch for my needs. I was told an 8-12 week delivery timeline. Just spoke to a rep who said now it’s a 25 week wait. I ordered beginning of March and will receive the couch at the end of August. Unacceptable. If Macy’s were honest on their website, I wouldn’t get so riled up. I shared all this with the rep on the phone but he didn’t care.

Taupe Leather Sectional

Absolutely in love with this sectional. We ordered it in taupe which matches perfect with mid-century modern design. The leather is extremely high quality and super soft. The cushions feel nicely packed as well. My favorite part is how deep the sectional is, especially the corner section that has extra space if ordered with the diagonal corner. Would highly recommend, as this won't disappoint.
