Could have been a great sectional

This sectional looks great ... at first. The material is nice and durable ... or so it seems. Speaking of seams, these ones arent surged. So when you take the covers off and try to wash them the ENTIRE CUSHION OR PILLOW COVER UNRAVELS, to the point where it isn't fixable and no longer usable. I basically pulled a huge ball of 'yarn' out of the washing machine. Additionally, not long after purchase the seat cushions dip and dont stay in place. Very disappointed, the seats are deep and down filled, this could have been a very nice piece of furniture.

So we bought this couch in 2019 and I’m finally writing a review. This couch is the cockroach of coaches, it won’t break down and die. Is she pricey? Yes. Is she worth is? 1000x yes. We use her and abuse her daily and this couch hasn’t even began to breakdown or sink. We rot for days at a time but this couch does not. At this point the couch will outlast us. Buy it.

Its ok

It didn’t last long in my opinion. We have had to restuff the backs. Which didn’t really work. We have had to buy fold out supports for the bottom center cushions that fall in. Which only helps a little. It lasted a couple of years but needs to be moved to the playroom now! It’s also too deep seated if you’re not going to curl up and put your feet on the couch.

Radley Couch

Terrible couch , it may look good and price may seem right but after 3 months couch sags and back pillows are breaking down . Do your homework before buying this item . And not comfortable at all .

DO NOTbuy this sofa !!!! Or anything else.

This sofa reeked of urine when it was delivered to our home last month. The manager told us that all sales are final and he assumed we were aware of the NO return, refund policy that is now in effect at macys. We had heard rumors that they were changing their policies but we never dreamed in a million years a policy like this was in in fact TRUE

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Radley sectional

I purchased the chrome beige,5 piece sectional on July 3, 2026 and I am in love with it. It is a perfect size for my space and the color is as described. From customer service to delivery everything went so smoothly. I would highly recommend this sectional.

Not bad

The chaise cushion wrinkled rather quickly, which is disappointing. The rest of the couch is great and looks good.

9 years and still going!!

Bought this couch 9 years ago and it is the absolute best still all these years later!! Fav furniture purchase ever! No sag, even after years of naps, sometimes over night sleeps, dog jumping on it and now a toddler! Love that all of the covers are removable they wash excellently and the cushions have kept their shape!! Buy this couch!!!
