Faulty lock

I bought the lock last week and had to return to Macys the following day. The procedure to reset the code failed. The return to Macys for full refund was quick and painless.

Love the Quality

I have had this lock for about 5 years. It has been going through TSA 100+ times on my checked luggage and used multiple times throughout the year on my carry-on at hotels. highly recommend
