Needed more space

I've been using a smallish Samsonite backpack as my carryon for my trips to Australia for the last 5 years, but I've come to find that with noise-cancelling headphones and all the other stuff needed for my long-haul flight, I needed something a bit larger. This backpack fit the bill. It's roomy and has a dedicated laptop area with its own zip, which was essential. I'm a smallish person, and this backpack still looks good on my small frame without looking too large. I would definitely recommend this Samsonite backpack

Great Quality Backpacks and Gets compliments

The Elevation™ Plus Backpack is a high-quality bag that serves my daily commute to the office very well. It offers more than enough storage space for my needs. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the main compartment easier to open and wider for better accessibility.

Functional, comfortable option with a mature look

I think this is a great backpack, it's a little grown up looking and a little crisp, this does not look like it went to college or camping recently, so for an adult or just someone wanting a look of style and luxe it's just the thing. Functionally I love it, it expands but in compact mode it's not too bulky, the various pockets are well thought out, I especially like the phone pocket. I've heard a criticism the phone pocket opening faces up and will get wet in heavy rain, that's true and maybe it would be better with a flap like the lower pocket, but that's only a problem from prolonged exposure to heavy rain, hasn't come up for me. I bought this after looking at another very premium brand, which I was underwhelmed by. It turns out Samsonite has bought that other brand, which hasn't done the other brand any favors in my opinion but has brought a lot of their features into the Samsonite line which is a vastly better value.
