Sub-par quality zips
After one trip, both outside zippers came apart . I’m actually in shock. We purchased a Samsonite bag for the quality that comes with its’ brand. A similar bag from Walmart, which cost half the price came back without this issue.

Bummer
The luggage is great size, the seem is unraveling after two uses. I don’t over pack my bags so it’s a. Quality issue. Bummer because the luggage is great in every other aspect.

We purchased this for our child for college. On the FIRST time using, the entire zipper head broke off. Because it is out of the return window, Macy's will not help. I phone and spoke to two managers who could not have been more unhelpful and basically said too bad. We are stuck with a set of three (we purchased three sizes in the color to get him a matching set) where the main bag he will use is broken now.

Buyer beware
This is the perfect size but has a major design flaw. the handle does NOT hold the expand and contract because when you release the button that allows for expansion contraction, it releasei in the up position. Then when you grip the handle you arepressing down on the release button. Do not buy.
