It smells and has a blue tint

Macys no longer sells a basic plain mattress pad. Not necessarily their fault because product lines change when the consumers physical needs change. The delivery was late; the item is thrown away. Kept my old pad.

Not waterproof

I purchased two of these for mattress protection but have found that they are NOT waterproof at all and liquids soak right through them onto the mattress beneath.

Fairly good fit and very lightweight

I ordered the queen sized toppers and I thought they would be thicker than they were. They definitely fit the mattresses I bought them for and they are a bit large. Maybe after I wash them they will fit a bit tighter. They are satisfactory.
