Comfy as luxury hotel mattresses

All is good as of day 95, however the medium is good, but it could be a little firmer, however the firm is too firm.

Bait and switch

The mattress arrived the white glove guys didnt do white glove duties but the mattress is beautiful I ordered 13.50 inches they sent 10 inch mattress so now I know why they ran out called macys assp they had the nerve to want to charge me several hundred dollars to come back they also stated they need to set up and appointment to have it inspection lol it hasn't been 10 whole minutes this is bait andswitch its $100 to $200 difference in price they need to replace my mattress or pay me the difference.
