Fraudulent Advertising by Macy’s

This product that Macys advertises is not the correct product that arrived. The make of the vacuum is the same however the model was not the pet version, so no pet brush attachment was not included. I called Macy’s to request a refund and explain the situation. At first, I thought I may have selected the wrong item on the website. However, the shark cyclone pet hand held vacuum is the only model they sell. The SKU number on the box and item online were identical, which means Macys is advertising the wrong product on their website.

Wrong item

Pickup line was way too long. Item was completely wrong. I was able to get a lovely woman in lingerie to return it for me so I didn't have to wait AGAIN in the long pickup line.

I bought this last summer for our camper and only used it a handful of times. I just pulled all my camping bins out. It’s charging but not actually turning on.

The vacuum cleaner works well. I informed customer service that the product was missing the USB cable; they asked me to return it to the nearest store and sent me another vacuum, but that one also arrived without the cable. Other people I know also placed orders, and they were missing the USB cable as well.
