)n the one setting it burn on one side of the bread and on other setting it burns all sides just one more. What I wanted was even cooking.

Great toaster

I purchased this after a new toaster. I purchased only toasted 3/4 of the bread. It was very disappointing so I have to get rid of my two month old toaster and buy a brand new toaster so this time I went with a smeg the color is white Matte and goes with everything. My next purchase is a tea kettle Design is awesome and the electronics seem to work well.

Smeg is on top!

Poor packaging

I ordered this one online, when I received it was not in the correct packaging, the bag was put on it from the opposite side and the packaging plastic was removed already. If I didn’t needed a toaster and hadn’t waited for it for a week I would have returned it right away. This is not what I was expecting from Macy’s.

Great features!

I bought this a few weeks ago after seeing it in a house we were buying! Looked beautiful! So I bought it in matt black! Definitely a Conversation piece ! It defrosts warms or toasts perfectly! Great features!
