shipping damage

The product was poorly packaged for shipping, which resulted in damage to the product. It was shipped in a thin plastic envelope. There was nothing to protect the metal "Ashley Over the Cabinet Bag Storage" item. One of the hooks is badly bent and one side of the storage bin is bent inward. Intend to contact seller to request better shipping package for replacement item.

Very colorful

I just received these I'm not used them yet on first glance they are very colorful I do have to say though I've already pulled some strings off of them makes me wonder what's going to happen after I wash them for the first time.
