Cute shoes, but they were clearly used when they arrived. The shoes were shipped directly from Vida Group, not Macy's. Macy's may want to follow up with Vida Group regarding their quality control process to help prevent this issue in the future.
On a positive note, Macy's made the return process easy. I reordered the shoes and hope to receive a new, unworn pair this time.
