RIP OFF!

I haven’t received my ring yet, even though it says it was delivered over a week ago. Furthermore, the tracking information says it was delivered at 8:40 AM, which simply cannot be true because my mail NEVER comes until at least 2 PM! So I have to say you have been busted with your blatant lie. I will NEVER shop with Macy’s again because I have no tolerance for LIARS.

Do not hold your breath

Ordered on 3/7/25 as it suggested it would be delivered in 3 days. Ring was for a birthday present on 3/14/25. Birthday came and went and I reached out to the seller via the link in my Macy's order history. No response. Sent another message to seller several days later. No response. Went to the post office yesterday 3/26/25 to ask them to track the package. They said it was not shipped on 3/7 but on 3/18 by "slow" ground. Why tell people it will arrive in several days when you take 11 days to ship? Received it today... 20 days after order.
