So hard to close
This backpack is really pretty and the quality is great, but such a HUGE thing is how difficult the drawstring is to close. It is so hard. The fabric is so thick around the drawstring that you have to work with it a lot to close it. Every time. You really don’t want to be walking around with the main compartment of your backpack open. I had to take off two stars for that because it’s such a big thing.
