Arrived Broken

Unfortunately, the item arrived broken and couldn’t be used. It appears it wasn’t packaged securely enough for shipping. I was really looking forward to using it, so this was disappointing. Better packaging would help prevent this from happening.

Broken items

I’m disappointed with my experience. Both the original item and the replacement arrived broken due to inadequate packaging. The product was not properly protected during shipping. I hope Macy’s improves their packaging standards to prevent this from happening again.

Terrible Packing and Shipping

While the bowls were nice, they came in a huge box with absolutely no packing, together in a plastic bag, and were smashed to pieces upon arrival.
