My First Pair and I Am So Glad I Purchased!

Was exited to receive my uggs but I received a used floor sample. Looks like the box came out of a trash can and the shoes look worn. So disappointed! Costumer service is useless, offered options to return or reshipment and then said they can’t process a reshipment?? I work full time and kept explaining it’s hard for me to return so asked for a discount at least, since the item is not new yet I was charged full price . Don’t recommend to buy online. Always get damaged items or poor quality.
