Terrible experience

Macy's shipping policy says it will take 3-6 business days. After I purchased the item it changed to 16 days. It will never arrive on time. I can't even cancel my order. Terrible experience.

I bought these placemats to go with my Villeroy & Boch china. I was disappointed the quality wasn’t better.
