I love my new Velleroy and Boch Lave Mug ♥️♥️

I love my new Velleroy and Boch Lave Mug it's just the right size to drink my coffee in the morning or afternoon. I highly recommend this mug I purchased it in the blue color and it's beautiful in person.

Beautiful mugs, horrible service

These mugs are very beautiful, and the perfect size. Unfortunately two were defective. We wanted them replaced. We originally bought them on sale using gift cards from our wedding. Owing to some technical glitch in the Bloomingdale’s system, we could not simply return them but instead had to refund the originals and then buy new ones… at full price as the sale had ended. After much negotiating it was agreed that the original sale price would be honored but only for that day. So new ones were purchased. The refund however was then issued to a gift card. So we now have a gift card for a small, odd amount and had to pay for the replacements. Even Amazon can pull off better service than this. Bloomingdale’s was an icon. This is a shambles.

Ordered the Villeroy & Boch in grey. Unfortunately, received blue. Box was damaged fortunately item wasn’t.

For me the is a perfect sized coffee mug, well made, great color. Highly recommend.

misleading picture

The mug is beautiful, however, it looks NOTHING like the picture. I ordered the beige mug, and it is blue-ish gray, with a completely different pattern. The real mug looks more like the real deal on the Villeroy & Boch website. I am still keeping the mug, as it is a quality mug, however, I am disappointed that the mug I bought is not the mug that Macy's advertised.
