I really love this product, and there was nothing wrong with the item itself. However, the packaging I received made me feel like it might have been a returned item that was sent to me. The sealing tape on the box had already been cut open, as if someone had previously opened it. Although I liked the set very much, I was disappointed because it seemed like I had received a returned package. That was the only part that left me feeling dissatisfied.

Cracked plate

So disappointed one of the dinner plates was cracked and I tried to get a replacement. They wanted me to send the whole step back after we just put it all away. They would not send me one plate as a replacement not too happy with their services.

Beautiful classic design

Beautiful classic look, as Expected. I’m excited to have purchased these plates. I do have to say that the salad plates are on the smaller side, to me they are more like a dessert plate. That’s just my opinion. None were chipped or broken, I’m happy about that.
