18/0 SS% and handle on slim side, but pretty
Very pretty but the packaging never stated the stainless steel % (18/10 vs 18/0) . I prefer 18/10 as it’s the best as quality available. This product is 18/0 and the “0” means a slightly lower quality for corrosion resistance as well as heft. The design is really nice but as for heft, I felt the handles could have had more area and heft..felt a tad slim. (Not including knife) My husband was 50/50 on them feeling slim and possibly slipping through his fingers. That being said, these will be for my vacation home so I’m going to keep them and hope for the best. It’s a good company and they offer a limited warranty. I did email co for as % but no response.
