Macys Will Not Refund

Color did not match comforter. Went in store to return. Took over an hour because it was a 3rd party vendor. Now the credit is not appearing on my statement. I will have to dispute the charge. Unlikely I will purchase from Macys again.

Defect in material

Small holes were found on the mattress portion of the bedskirt (Laura Ashley) that I purchased. I took photos. I expected better quality therefore would like you to consider a fair compensation for said product. Thank you, Laurel Knoska

Satisfied customer.

The ruffled kung size bedskirt is beautiful and reasonably priced. The saleslady was very helpful in scrolling through different skirts till she found me this affordable one.

Just right

Got one of these for my queen bed and it is just right. I did wash it and iron it before I put it on the bed. The wrinkles came out easily on the cotton setting with steam. The flannel sheets are also Laura Ashley and they match the bed skirt well.
